橡胶脱模剂：指用于防止橡胶产品与模具表面粘连，并能使之顺利出模而不致撕裂的一类物质。使用时将它喷或涂于模腔表面，以形成一层有效的隔离层。对脱模剂的主要要求是：有一定的热稳定性和化学惰性，不腐蚀模腔表面；在模腔表面下残留分解物；不影响产品色泽，但能赋予良好的外观、无毒；易于配制，使用方便。

The release agent has greater tensile strength so that it is not easily polished when it is in contact with the molding resin. This is especially true when there are frosted mineral fillers or glass fiber reinforcements in the resin. The release agent is chemically resistant and is not soluble in contact with the chemical constituents of different resins (especially styrene and amines). Release agent also has heat and stress properties, not easy to decompose or wear; release agent bonded to the mold, and not transferred to the processed parts, without prejudice to painting or other two processing operations.
