有机硅脱模剂是以有机硅氧烷为原料制备而成，其优点是耐热性好，表面张力适中，易成均匀的隔离膜，脱模寿命长。缺点是脱模后制品表面有一层油状面，二次加工签必须进行表面清洗。常用的有硅油，硅橡胶，乳化硅油以及硅脂等。有机硅脱模剂是目前橡塑脱模剂中档市场的主流产品，在聚氨酯、橡胶、聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯等树脂的加工中均有广泛应用。国外主要有道康宁、日本东方油脂工业株式会社和信越公司的有机硅脱模剂在销售。国内生产有机硅脱模剂的厂很多，但是规模偏小，还有一个品牌能在市场上占据主导位置。
Organosilicon demoulding agent is made from organosiloxane as raw material. Its advantages are good heat resistance, moderate surface tension, easy to uniform isolation membrane and long die life. Siloxane compounds, silicone oil, silicone resin, is a good isolation agent, the mold pollution is small, mainly used in natural rubber, plastic and butyl rubber model products. As long as it is applied once, 5~ can be removed 10 times. The main varieties are:
1)甲基支链硅油( 128 号硅油) , 直接用于脱模。

2)甲基硅油: 将粘度300~ 1 000cp 的甲基硅油溶于汽油( 或甲苯、二甲苯、二氯乙烷) 中, 配成0.15% ~ 2%硅油溶液。适用于橡胶、塑料模型制品脱模。
2) methyl silicone oil: dissolve methyl silicone oil with viscosity of 300~ 1 000cp in gasoline (or toluene, xylene, two chloroethane), and mix it into 0.15% ~ 2% silicone oil solution. It is suitable for moulding of rubber and plastic model products.
3)乳化甲基硅油。配成含硅油35% ~ 40%的水乳液(需加乳化剂如吐温20、平平加或聚乙
