1）产品结构不合理，国内企业主要生产中低档大众化的脱模剂产品，而半永久性、环保型和适合二次加工性能的脱模剂产品发展缓慢、生产较少，特别是含氟的高端脱模剂市场，基本上是由国外大型氟化学公司的产品所占据。

2）脱模剂的研究开发滞后，拥有自主知识产权的脱模剂品种较少，在一定程度上制约了脱模剂产业和橡塑制品向高端化和高效化的发展。
