鞋底用聚氨酯是介于橡胶与塑料之间的微孔弹性体,是含开孔的微孔弹性结构,泡孔直径0.01~0.1mm,自由发泡密度0.25~0.35,(成型密度0.3~1),通常有1~2mm自结皮,具有优越的回弹性和很大的能量吸收能力。可按使用要求在很宽范围调节它的密度与硬度,可制成双色(双密度)的双层鞋底,下底为微发泡的高耐磨工作表面,内底为穿着舒适的弹性泡沫。
Polyurethane for sole is a micro-porous elastomer between rubber and plastics. It is a micro-porous elastic structure with open holes, with a diameter of 0.01-0.1 mm, a free foaming density of 0.25-0.35 (forming density of 0.3-1), and usually 1-2 mm self-crusting. 成型方法简单,既可以生产鞋底亦可以生产连邦鞋。

生产工艺:A、B组份原料在原料预热烘箱中完全熔化,按要求在A料中加入C料(催化剂)及色浆,分别加入鞋底成型机的原液罐中,按配方要求及浇注量分别调节好两个组份(A1与A2及B)的计量泵转速,两组原液在混合装置中经高速搅拌混合均匀而发生化学反应,将混合料浇注在鞋模中(由鞋模型腔大小来调节电脑程控器所设定的浇注时间),加盖后鞋模送到环形生产线烘道使之加热熟化(生产双色鞋底须固化后再浇第二次),固化后的PU鞋底经脱模、修边、整理和检验即为成品,鞋模喷脱模剂后再送去浇注,整个生产周期可按原液的熟化要求来调节生产线的速度。
Production process: The raw materials of component A and B are melted completely in the preheating oven of raw materials, C (catalyst) and color paste are added to material A as required, respectively, into the original liquid tank of sole forming machine, and the rotational speed of metering pump of two components (A1, A2 and B) is adjusted according to the prescription requirements and pouring quantity respectively. The two raw liquors are stirred at high speed in the mixing device. Mixing is uniform and chemical reaction occurs. The mixture is poured into the shoe mould (the pouring time set by the computer programmable controller is adjusted by the size of the shoe model cavity). After covering, the shoe mould is sent to the drying track of the ring production line to heat and ripen (the double-color sole must be solidified and poured for the second time). The solidified PU sole is demoulded, trimmed and trimmed. Reasoning and inspection are finished products. Shoe mould is sprayed with demoulding agent and then poured. The whole production cycle can adjust the speed of production line according to the ripening requirement of raw liquid.
