The transfer rate of release agent refers to the percentage of release agent transferred to the formed product in the process of release. (1) The release agent is peeled from side a, and the release agent does not transfer; (2) the release agent is peeled from side a and the coalescence layer on side B is damaged, and the release agent transfers a little (about 22%); (3) the release agent transfers a lot (about 44% ~ 70%) only because the coalescence layer is damaged; (4) the release agent is peeled from side B and C and the coalescence layer is damaged, causing a lot of release agent transfers (about 93%); the release agent is formed When the mold is in contact with the release agent, it will be mixed and bonded. When the mold is forced to release, the surface and interface of part of the mold (product) will be damaged and demoulded. Generally used release agent, it is required to peel the release agent on both sides of B or a and B. The demoulding effect caused by the agglomerating layer is the best.
