| 1.氟系脱模剂 1. Fluorine deformable agent 有机氟化物是最佳的脱模剂，隔离性能好，对模具污染小，但价格较高。品种主要有： Organic fluoride is the best mold release agent, good isolation and small pollution of mould, but high price. Varieties are mainly: （1）聚四氟乙烯（相对分子质量1800）； (1) ptfe (relative molecular mass 1800); （2）氟树脂粉末（低分子PTFE）； (2) fluororesin powder (low molecular PTFE); （3）氟树脂涂料（PTFE，FEP，PFA）。 (3) fluoride coatings (PTFE, FEP, PFA). 2.硅系脱模剂 2. Silicon deformable agent 硅氧烷化合物、硅油、硅树脂，是一种隔离性较好的脱模剂，对模具污染小，主要用于天然橡胶、塑料和丁基橡胶的模型制品。只要涂1次，可进行5-10次脱模。主要品种有： Siloxane compound, silicone oil and silicone resin are a kind of separative deformable agent, which is small for mold pollution and is mainly used in the model products of natural rubber, plastic and butyl rubber. If you apply it one time, you can take 5-10 times. The main varieties are: （1）甲基支链硅油（128号硅油），直接用于脱模。 (1) methyl branched-chain silicone oil (128-silicon oil), directly used for stripping. （2）甲基硅油。将粘度300-1000cp的甲基硅油溶于汽油（或甲苯、二甲苯、二氯乙烷）中，配成0.5%-2%硅油溶液，适用于橡胶、塑料模型制品脱模。 (2) methyl silicone oil. The methyl silicone oil of 3000-1000cp is dissolved in gasoline (or toluene, xylene, dichloroethane), and it is prepared with a 0.5-2% silicone oil solution, which is suitable for the stripping of rubber and plastic model products. （3）乳化甲基硅油。配成含硅油35%-40%的水乳液（需加乳化剂，如吐温20、平平加或聚乙烯醇，用量约为含硅油量的2%）。然后加水稀释到含硅油0.1%-5%，喷涂到模具上，经加热除去水分，使硅油沉附于模腔表面上。适用于各种橡胶和塑料制品。 (3) emulsion methyl silicone oil. A water emulsion of 35% to 40% silicone oil (with emulsifiers, such as twain 20, flat or polyvinyl alcohol, with a dose of about 2% of silicone oil). Then add water to dilute the silicone oil by 0.1% to 5%, spray onto the mold, then heat the water to remove the moisture, so that the silicone oil is attached to the cavity surface.
