脱模剂的具体作用原理如下:
The specific action principle of the release agent is as follows:
1、极性化学键与模具表面通过相互作用形成具有再生力的吸附型薄膜;

2、聚硅氧烷中的硅氧键可视为弱偶极子(Si+-O-),当脱模剂在模具表面铺展成单取向排列时,分子采取特有的伸展链构型;
2. The silicon oxygen bond in polysiloxane can be regarded as weak dipole (Si + - O -). When the release agent is spread into single orientation on the surface of the mold, the molecule adopts a unique stretching chain configuration;
3、自由表面被烷基以密集堆积方式覆盖,脱模能力随烷基密度而递增;但当烷基占有较大空间位阻时,伸展构型受到限制,脱模能力又会降低;
3. The free surface is covered by the dense packing, and the release capacity increases with the alkyl density; however, when the alkyl occupies a larger steric hindrance, the extensional configuration is limited, and the stripping capability will decrease;
4、脱模剂分子量大小和粘度也与脱模能力相关,分子量小时,铺展性好,但耐热能力差。
