| 脱模剂是介于模具与制品之间的功能性物质,在橡胶、塑料制造工业中, 制造模型产品时, 为了脱模、提高生产效率、延长模具使用寿命, 同时使产品光洁、尺寸合格、减少废品, 而需使用的必不可少的一种助剂。其主要功能是使脱模操作轻而易举，防止强行取出对产品造成的损伤。脱模剂的隔离性取决于其表面性质，其显著特点就是临界表面张力小，很难被液体润湿，正因如此，才能达到脱模的作用。橡胶脱模剂指用于防止橡胶产品与模具表面粘连，并能使之顺利出模而不致撕裂的一类物质。使用时将它喷或涂于模腔表面，以形成一层有效的隔离层。对脱模剂的主要要求是：有一定的热稳定性和化学惰性，不腐蚀模腔表面；在模腔表面下残留分解物；不影响产品色泽，但能赋予良好的外观、无毒；易于配制，使用方便 Release agent is a functional material between the mould and products, rubber and plastics in the manufacture industry, manufacturing model of products, in order to release, improve production efficiency, prolong the service life of the die, and the product is smooth, qualified size and reduce the waste, and use necessary additives.
