脱模剂理论基础 Theoretical basis of demoulding agent 理论上,脱模剂具有较大的抗拉强度,以使它在与模压树脂经常接触时不容易磨光。在树脂中有磨砂矿物填料或玻璃纤维增强料时尤其如此。脱模剂有耐化学性,在与不同树脂的化学成份(特别是苯乙烯和胺类)接触时不被溶解。脱模剂还具有耐热及应力性能,不易分解或磨损;脱模剂粘合到模具上而不转移到被加工的制件上,不妨碍喷漆或其他二次加工操作。脱模剂的具体作用原理如下: Theoretically, the mold release agent has greater tensile strength to make it difficult to polish when it is constantly in contact with molded resin. This is especially true when there are frosted mineral fillers or glass fiber reinforcements in the resin. The release agent is chemical resistant and does not dissolve in contact with the chemical composition of different resins, especially styrene and amine. The demoulding agent also has heat-resistant and stress properties, not easy to decompose or wear; the demoulding agent is glued to the mold without transferring to the processed piece, and does not interfere with the spray paint or other two processing operations. The specific action principle of the demoulding agent is as follows: 1、极性化学键与模具表面通过相互作用形成具有再生力的吸附型薄膜; 1. Polar chemical bonds interact with the mold surface to form regenerative adsorptive films. 2、聚硅氧烷中的硅氧键可视为弱偶极子(Si+-O-),当脱模剂在模具表面铺展成单取向排列时,分子采取特有的伸展链构型; 2. The silicon oxygen bond in polysiloxane is considered as a weak dipole (Si+-O-). When the mold release agent is spread into a single orientation on the surface of the mold, the molecule takes a unique extension chain configuration. 3、自由表面被烷基以密集堆积方式覆盖,脱模能力随烷基密度而递增;但当烷基占有较大空间位阻时,伸展构型受到限制,脱模能力又会降低; 3, the free surface is covered by the dense packing mode, and the demoulding capacity increases with the alkyl density, but when the alkyl occupying larger space hindrance, the extension configuration is restricted and the demoulding ability will be reduced. 4、脱模剂分子量大小和粘度也与脱模能力相关,分子量小时,铺展性好,但耐热能力差。 4.
