| 按脱模剂的化学成分可分为三类：无机物、有机物和高聚物。 According to the chemical composition of release agents, they can be divided into three categories: inorganic, organic and polymer. ①无机物脱模剂 如滑石粉、云母粉以及陶土、白黏土等为主要成分配制的复合物。 (1) Inorganic demoulding agents such as talcum powder, mica powder, clay and white clay are the main components of the composite. ②有机物脱模剂 如脂肪酸皂(钾皂、钠皂、铵皂等)、脂肪酸、石蜡、甘油及凡士林等。 (2) Organic release agents such as fatty acid soap (potassium soap, sodium soap, ammonium soap, etc.), fatty acid, paraffin, glycerin and vaseline. ③高聚物脱模剂 如硅油、硅酯、聚乙二醇、低分子聚乙烯等。其脱模效果和热稳定性比有机脱模剂好得多。硅油、硅酯是最主要的脱模剂。 3. Polymer release agents such as silicone oil, silicon ester, polyethylene glycol, low molecular polyethylene, etc. Its demoulding effect and thermal stability are much better than those of organic mold release agents. Silicone oil and silicon ester are the main release agents. |
