聚氨酯热塑性弹性体又称热塑性聚氨酯橡胶,简称TPU,是一种(AB)型嵌段线型聚合物,A为高相对分子质量(1000-6000)的聚酯或聚醚,B为含2-12直链碳原子的二醇,AB链段间化学结构是用二异氰酸酯,通常是二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)连接。热塑性聚氨酯橡胶靠分子间氢键交联或大分子链间轻度交联,随着温度的升高或降低,这两种交联结构具有可逆性。在熔融状态或溶液状态,分子间力减弱,而冷却或溶剂挥发之后又由强的分子间力连接在一起,恢复原有固体的性能。聚氨酯弹性体是聚氨酯合成材料中的一个品种,由于其结构具有软、硬两个链段,可对其进行分子设计,而赋予材料高强度、韧性好、耐磨、耐油等优异性能。由于其极其优异的性能而广泛应用于汽车、建筑、矿山开采、航空航天、电子、医疗器械、体育制品等多个领域,成为极具发展前景的合成材料制品。 Polyurethane thermoplastic elastomer, also known as thermoplastic polyurethane rubber (TPU) for short, is a (AB) block linear polymer. A is a high molecular weight (1000-6000) polyester or polyether, B is a glycol containing 2-12 straight-chain carbon atoms. The chemical structure between AB segments is diisocyanate, usually diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). Thermoplastic polyurethane rubber is crosslinked by intermolecular hydrogen bond or light crosslinking between macromolecular chains. With the increase or decrease of temperature, the two crosslinking structures are reversible. In the melting or solution state, the intermolecular force decreases, and after cooling or solvent evaporation, the intermolecular force is joined together to restore the properties of the original solid. Polyurethane elastomer is a variety of polyurethane synthetic materials. Because of its soft and hard structure, it can be designed by molecular design, and it has excellent properties such as high strength, good toughness, wear resistance and oil resistance. Because of its excellent performance, it is widely used in automobile, construction, mining, aerospace, electronics, medical devices, sports products and other fields, and has become a promising synthetic material. |
