脱模剂转移率 Mould release agent transfer rate 脱模剂的转移率, 是指脱模剂在脱模过程中转移到成型产品上的百分率。 The transfer rate of demoulding agent refers to the percentage of demoulding agent transferred to the moulding product during the demoulding process. ( 1) 由A 面剥离脱模, 脱模剂不转移; (1) The release agent is not transferred by stripping from A surface. (2) 由A 面剥离及B 面凝聚层破坏脱模, 脱模剂发生少量转移( 约22%) ; (2) The demoulding was destroyed by the stripping of A surface and the coagulation layer of B surface, and a small amount of transfer of demoulding agent occurred (about 22%). ( 3) 只因凝聚层的破坏而脱模, 脱模剂转移较多( 约44% ~70%) ; (3) Demoulding is only caused by the destruction of the condensate layer, and the transfer of demoulding agent is more (about 44% - 70%); ( 4) 由B , C 面剥离及凝聚层的破坏而脱模,引起大量脱模剂转移( 约93%) ; (4) Demoulding caused by the peeling of B and C surfaces and the destruction of the condensate layer resulted in the transfer of a large number of demoulding agents (about 93%); ( 5) 成型物与脱模剂接触, 发生混和、粘接, 当勉强脱模时, 就会使部分成型物( 产品) 的表面、界面破坏而脱模。通常使用的脱模剂, 要求在B 面或A, B 2 面剥离脱模。由凝聚层引起的脱模, 其脱模效果最好。 (5) When the moulding product contacts with the release agent, mixing and bonding occur. When the mould is reluctantly released, the surface and interface of some moulding products will be destroyed and demoulded. The release agent commonly used requires stripping on B or A and B. The demoulding effect caused by the condensation layer is the best. |
