脱模剂的转移率, 是指脱模剂在脱模过程中转移到成型产品上的百分率。 The transfer rate of release agent refers to the percentage of release agent transferred to the formed product in the process of release. ( 1) 由A 面剥离脱模, 脱模剂不转移; (1) stripping and demoulding from side a without transfer of demoulding agent; (2) 由A 面剥离及B 面凝聚层破坏脱模, 脱模剂发生少量转移( 约22%) ; (2) a small amount of mold release agent was transferred (about 22%) due to peeling of A-side and damage of B-side agglomeration layer; ( 3) 只因凝聚层的破坏而脱模, 脱模剂转移较多( 约44% ~70%) ; (3) demoulding is only due to the damage of the cohesive layer, and the transfer of demoulding agent is more (about 44% - 70%); ( 4) 由B , C 面剥离及凝聚层的破坏而脱模,引起大量脱模剂转移( 约93%) ; (4) demoulding was caused by peeling of B and C surfaces and damage of agglomerated layer, which caused a lot of transfer of demoulding agent (about 93%); ( 5) 成型物与脱模剂接触, 发生混和、粘接, 当勉强脱模时, 就会使部分成型物( 产品) 的表面、界面破坏而脱模。通常使用的脱模剂, 要求在B 面或A, B 2 面剥离脱模。由凝聚层引起的脱模, 其脱模效果最好。 (5) when the molded object contacts with the release agent, mixing and bonding will occur. When the mold is forced to release, the surface and interface of some molded objects (products) will be damaged and demoulded. Generally used release agent, it is required to peel the release agent on side B or a, B 2. The demoulding effect caused by the agglomerating layer is the best. |
